Step 1 – The Listing Appointment

The first thing we will do is walk-through the home so I can provide some staging tips and make your home show as nice as possible. I will provide you with some checklists, which you can also download here;

Step 2 – Your photo appointment

We NEVER take photos with a phone!! The photos of your home are the first impression a buyer has and will determine whether they decide they want to see it in person. Any agent you interview should be providing examples of their past listing photos. Here’s some of mine;

Step 3 – Marketing
Any licensed agent can put your home on the MLS. But that’s only the first stage of marketing.
Color brochures will be placed inside your home as well as a sign and flyer box outside

Your home is then posted on over 50 internet home sales sites. We have premium memberships vs. free memberships on the top sites like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.Com so that you’re listing gets double the exposure. Here’s some of the places we advertise;

We also still do print advertising! We actually have teams that study buyer migration to determine the best newspapers to advertise homes in different cities. Full color photo ads too! Samples will be brought to your listing appointment 🙂

We also put a virtual tour on EVERY home regardless of price or size. Here’s an example!
