You wont find me on billboards or TV commercials because I choose to invest my advertising dollars actually marketing my Seller’s listings, not myself!

Step 1 – The Listing Appointment

If you considering selling, the first thing we should do is schedule a time for me to visit the property. We can go over things you may want to do before listing, provide some staging tips, and go over everything that will make you home show as well as possible. We will also discuss the area comparable solds and market conditions for pricing strategy.

Step 2 – The Photo Appointment

The photos are the first thing a buyer is going to see and one of the most important aspects of marketing your home. Any agent you interview should be providing samples of their marketing materials & photography examples. We take professional quality high-resolution photos NEVER from a cell phone.

When it comes time to sell your Michigan home any agent can pop it into the MLS system. But the photos & description need to lure buyers in and make them want to come see the home in person. When they get to the house, they’ll find multi-page color brochures to take home with them, as well as some outside for the passerbys.

For buyers that might now yet have an MLS search set up – Oakland County RealtorYou’re listing is blasted out to all of the available home sale sites. On these sites we maintain the “premium” membership vs. free memberships so that on top sites like zillow.com, trulia.com, and realtor.com you’re listing always shows up in the top of search results as a featured listing!
